Youth & Hyphen Summer Retreat 2020
Thank you for your interest in participating in Summer Retreat with Porter Apostolic Pentecostal Church at Camp Forest Glen in Huntsville, TX. In order for your registration to be considered complete, we must receive 1) registration form 2) payment and 3) a copy of the liability waiver.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your spot and is due by June 7. Early registration for $200 per camper (minus deposit) ends June 28th. Late registration ends July 15 for a cost of $225 per camper (minus deposit). Payments can be made in person to the youth staff or online.
*Campers and workers ages 18 and up must have a background check and take the Child Abuse Prevention Test. This can be set up through the church office with Emily Osborne at eosborne@porterapc.org.

If you prefer to fill out a paper registration and waiver, you can turn into Lauren Whitehurst at the church office or email a completed copy to lwhitehurst@porterapc.org.
